Saeterbakken guitars are crafted from the highest quality tone woods. I prefer Sitka Spruce from Alaska for my sound boards. My tonewoods come from around the globe. I select each for sound transmittal and reflection. First and foremost, above ALL other considerations, my guitars are crafted for their fine tone and ease of play. Every guitar is carefully tap tuned. Starting with the selection of cured bolts and planks that are sawn into tops, sides and backs.
